Health Doesn't Have a Size

If you've been alive in the past 50 years, you've probably noticed that only one body type is represented when it comes to fitness.

That body type, along with all body types, is a great one to have, but fitness comes in an array of shapes and sizes. Pictured here is Dance Life owner, Arielle, showing another example of an athlete:

In the past year, Arielle has been recovering from anorexia, and she has a message about fitness and weight:

"I'm as fit now as I was three sizes ago, and I'll continue to be an athlete at any size, as is anyone engaging in physical activity. And my level of fitness doesn't make me any better than anyone else. Fitness is not a moral obligation. Being fit or being thin or being on a diet doesn't make a person morally superior to someone who is not. All bodies are good bodies. All bodies are bodies worth taking care of in whatever way is best for that individual, and all bodies are worthy of respect."
